Product was exactly what I needed and ... Product was exactly what I needed and at a very good price. Had to wait a bit, as it was coming from Europe to the US, but that was not an issue for me. Would definitely order from these folks again.

Supply lead times too long...when the product is not in stock, the customer has no information and waits for his order. I don't think it's up to the customer to follow up, but up to you 1001 Maquettes to keep him informed of new deliveries.

Took almost three weeks for kit to … Took almost three weeks for kit to arrive. A telephone call to the number quoted on site and a request for a call-back produced no results as did a follow-up e-mail. The aircraft arrived eventually and was fine but customer relations could do with a review.
