Model purchased on 2912. Receipt of a confirmation e-mail informing me of a delivery between 1601 and 1801. On 1301 receipt of an e-mail informing me of the non-availability of the model with the ment"" we don't know when it will be available"". On 2802 I received an e-mail informing me that the product was available and would be shipped within 48 hours. Shipment on 0103 and arrival of the parcel. More than two months of actual delay for a delay of just over two weeks initially announced..... Product and Revices Review I love the plane models I even enjoy watching it the only thing that I was disappointed is that my recent order that the plane model was so small and even the service was to slow to come up with the solution. I have sent a complain letter regarding with my recent order but there was no response to what was the mistake.

since 21012017 I made an order today 06032017 I'm still waiting!!! um mail of February 15 informs me a delay due to a supplier error and that in three days I would be delivered several emails thereafter remained unanswered today a phone call from my incentive M.Guillaume apologizes again and tells me he had just relaunched the missing item at the supplier I have doubts about the seriousness of this site ...
