For a basic order (all the items ordered were supposed to be in stock) it took me 6 phone calls and several messages to get the situation sorted out, as the site announced that the order was being prepared but not dispatched. The reason given was that certain products were not in stock (I repeat that everything was in stock at the outset). After more than a month, the order was finally received. That's a long time! I'm not a grudge-holder, I'll place another order to see if I can get it.

After 20 days from the accepted order and 2 ignored inquiries I am notified that a box is no longer available and that it would finally be shipped. A Christmas gift for a child thus became a gift for Epiphany! The reorder of the missing box was processed beyond the expected delivery time and with package thrown inside the condominium garden....

Fast delivery and as ordered. The only drawback: the labels added from the top of the cap to the edge of the small Tamiya paint bottles are too sticky and once removed, the bottle sticks to the fingers, creating a risk of spilling the paint.
