Slow Service Ordered 1 kit and it took 3 weeks to arrive. Email said not is stock, when said I wanted to cancel the kit was suddenly on its way to me. Will not be using again, when I can go elsewhere and get next day delivery.

Great sevice for hard to find or out of stock items I needed some detail parts for a project and these folks had what I needed at affordable prices. Now keep in mind that your order ships from France so be patent unless you pay for the more expensive shipping option. My box arrived and my items were very well packed and a welcome addition to my project. Thanks 1001 Modelkits!

A Complaint Not a good transaction ......after two weeks the order had not even exited the 1001 facility, much less being close the being delivered. Four days ago I received a an email telling me it has been shipped and that it would be delivered shortly. (????) I would be receiving another email with a tracking #......nothing yet. This process has been far too long, especially at a the $19.95 shipping cost. Cannot give any +++ whatsoever concerning this transaction.
