In my order, a model included paint pots, one of which was leaking ... the result is obviously visible, the box containing the pots being transparent. Alas, not sending a faulty product is obviously not an objective. It's all the more annoying because it's impossible to make a simple complaint via your order history in my account.

The model was well packaged and dispatched quickly. The site is well designed, but there's just one thing missing: you need to show all the colors of the models according to the model chosen (maybe show the plan of the model with the colors) so that you can order everything at once. I had to place 2 orders on the site, which was a shame because it delayed the start of the model. Otherwise, bravo, you can find everything no more expensive or even cheaper than elsewhere, which can help you make up your mind! Keep up the good work and keep up the good prices!

Exactly what was ordered Item was ordered on 19 April and arrived on 6 May. It was sent via priority packet. Item was a decal sheet and mailed in a bubble pack. Decals were an item I'd been looking for for a while so it is nice they had one in stock.

Only one available Since this is the only place I found my item after days of searching, I cannot be too hard on them. I ordered my item and 2 days later I received an email confirming receipt of the order. 2 days after that I was notified that the item shipped and I would be provided a tracking number. 8 days later I am still waiting on my tracking number! An email to find out what happened has gone unanswered for 5 days now. At this point I am unsure if I lost my money or if this is an isolated case.
