This is the first time I ordered a model from 1001 maquettes. The parcel arrived for Christmas, a Tiger 1 as a 16th Christmas present for our son. But when the boxes were opened, a package of wheels was open and half a wheel was missing. We then sent an email to customer service, which remains unanswered to this day. I was hoping to find a mail-order site I could trust. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be buying again under these conditions, at the risk of throwing our money away and disappointing others. I would have preferred to give a positive review, but unfortunately I was unable to do so.

There was no indication that there was even a possibility that there would not be sufficient time to receive this item in over 2 weeks. I did call the company and question this when they informed me that it was coming from overseas, but was reassured that it would be received prior to Dec. 25th. When I had not received the item by Christmas Eve, it was necessary to purchase another item. I received the item on the 26th, and now have no use for it, nor do I have any indication of how it can be returned and my money refunded.
