I didn't receive the right product, even though it was in their catalog. He offered to return the parcel at my expense in exchange for a discount on a future purchase. Hello, a quick note about my order. As far as processing and delivery are concerned, nothing to complain about. Quality of paints, brushes and small equipment in general. However, I was disappointed with the ITALERI figurines. They're crude, lacking in finesse, and the details of the parts are non-existent. I think there should be a more precise description and photo of the contents. It's true that I stopped modding a long time ago.
