Very disappointed in not receiving the item prior to Christmas Placed order on December 9, 2013. There was no indication that there was even a possibility that there would not be sufficient time to receive this item in over 2 weeks. I did call the company and question this when they informed me that it was coming from overseas, but was reassured that it would be received prior to Dec. 25th. When I had not received the item by Christmas Eve, it was necessary to purchase another item. I received the item on the 26th, and now have no use for it, nor do I have any indication of how it can be returned and my money refunded.

I would sincerely recommend this site because first of all it is well stocked the prices are competitive and the site itself is very well organized: broken down by brand era type of model and many other specifications. At the point of departure of the order (Le Havre) they did not write the street correctly (even though it was only one word) and my telephone number was written with one less number. The qualification of the order reception staff there is poor. Delivery was delayed by 3 days.

I placed an order 10 days ago and still my package has not arrived and I have not been notified when I was going to receive it and I had to be the one who has had to get in touch and I still do not have it at home. The package arrived within 7 days. In good condition although the protective box was a bit dented but we know that couriers are not known for their delicacy in handling packages. Nevertheless, I am satisfied with the purchase.

1st order on this site and most certainly the last! Minimalist communication, very long shipping time and lousy package! The miniature was in its box and in a rather large carton without any protection! unacceptable when you know how parcels are sent to the post office! Luckily there was no breakage, but it's the 1st time I've seen a professional seller do this!

It is true the supposed large stockage but it does not correspond then the delay in confirming the stock and then the long waiting period to receive the order. To date I have not received anything and no tracking number is provided for the package.

Order placed quickly. Perhaps the delivery time could be shortened when the order is in stock. On the other hand, shipping is expensive (at least for a deco board).

I purchase and pay for an item on 24-11-2013 the shipment is made on 3-12-2013 because they tell me on 28-11-2013 that the material is not physically present in the warehouse in the same communication they say that I will receive the package within three days having chosen the option """parcel celere 3"" but on 7-12-2013 a new message arrives saying that the delivery days have magically increased to 57. I receive the item on 10-12-2013 (16 DAYS AFTER PAYMENT) In an envelope with bubble wrap the item is fragile and in fact opening the envelope it is slightly damaged ( in a recoverable way thankfully) I don't want to lengthen the time any longer and decide to keep the item as is. In summary it was my worst buying experience in over 10 years of online shopping around the world.

My son and I will be delighted at Christmas. The products are well protected for transport and delivery is fast and on time.

Fast delivery but poor quality of the product. Although i have bought several times, this time, I am not happy with the product. I bought a decal sheet for an airplane model scale 1/24. The quality of this sheet was really poor and when I put it into water, the decals broke.
