Great Products Just got back into model building after about a 15 year break, just retired from the airforce and finishing college, gotta say theres some really great upgrade kits, looking forward to purchasing more, thanks.

Nice selection weakness in follow-thru. I ordered six kits and got a confirmation of the order and notification that the order was filled. Then, two weeks passed with no comment whatsoever. I prodded with an email. They looked into it, then told me it was in transit. What I received was one kit short of the order and no explanation was provided.

efficient precise punctual

I bought the model of the dodge charger RT 1969 replica GENERAL LEE which is in fact a drag version of the charger wheels a little big and the front fenders cut... but the car looks great if you add a few things that aren't in the rear seat/center console kit, remember to get the brown color for the interior and dashboard that isn't shown on the photo.... (it's black on the blister). I'm saying this because no one at customer service could tell me what the original model was worth in terms of identification... Only the decalcos are official... The customer service I called 2 times to be sure that the ORANGE s""translucent" paint was indeed a body paint but unfortunately the people I spoke to on the phone didn't know what they were talking about... So I bought a headlight paint and not a body paint. That's 2 pieces of information that didn't allow me to be sure of my purchase and what's more with the wrong paint because the site lacks a link to brush and glue paints for the model in question.... really too bad. I went to a model store to buy body and interior paint. Unfortunately, I ended up with a 5-euro can of paint that's useless to me and that I can't return because the return is more expensive than the can. So I won't be buying from 1001maquette again. But for a model-building pro who knows what to buy, it's an excellent site, but for a rusty guy like me, I'd have liked the support I've been getting.

The communication was great, and even though it took a little time to get the decals I was full aware of what was going on. I put 3 stars good seller but the delivery time is absolutely not respected. I paid 8€90 for a delivery sent in 48h delivered in 5 days max (6€90 in eco 10 to 15 days). My parcel was dispatched after 5 days instead of 48h (request to the platform). Apart from this inconvenience, especially for having paid the full price for postage, the order was honored.
