However, we would like to point out that your order contained a pre-ordered product. Therefore, shipping could only occur from the date of availability. This product, which was originally scheduled for release in April, was shipped immediately upon arrival in our warehouses, which explains why you received it on 15.07.2026.

In a room, I gave a bad opinion because I couldn't locate my order, however, it has been resolved. They should be more attentive to the delivery system because they can mark the address as incorrect even if it is correct and generate the loss of the package
