The shipment was delayed as expected when making the purchase. It was scheduled to be sent a week after making the purchase, because some of the products indicated this. You are not clear about the shipping time. You are a French website with a Dutch coding. Plus a lot of negative reviews on Trustpilot. You made sure that I bought the product elsewhere. If you had been upfront that it could take a while, there would have been no problem. In short, a good ending to a negative experience.
