You replied that a product was missing and would be replaced by another which I accepted, but when I received my order, I realized that the product you sent me did not meet my expectations. Thin cardboard, model without protection or bubble wrap, I had also ordered a Tumbler which moved around the whole trip, model box crushed, cardboard crushed... To be reviewed on this point.
