I ordered the Superman (Justice #1) Page Punchers action figure from 1001hobbies. This was a hard to find figure, as it sold out only minutes after release in here in the States. 1001hobbies had the figure for a very decent price and the shipping (while factoring in EU costs) wasn't too bad. Communication for the company from order to shipping was great! I'm very satisfied as a customer. This is a great business to give your business to!

Order received 3 weeks later, despite I don't know how many reminders. Thanks to the advisor who confirmed the famous 5 days delay! If you order for a gift, plan ahead or risk being empty-handed on the day! Next time I will order elsewhere. Not serious enough.

Support is non-existent. Pre-orders are postponed indefinitely without a simple way to cancel. Sometimes I wait longer because they are available elsewhere in the meantime. A postponed pre-order can be canceled without costs according to the law. Why do I, as a customer, have to bear all the risk???
