The site navigation and order process was fast and easy the prices were great and delivery was fast considering it had to be shipped to the USA from France in fact it’s comparable to some domestic shops.

1001hobbies is one of the best sellers! I recieve my orders fast and without damage. They are always quick to reply to my questions. I live in Nevada USA and the service is better than most US sellers. This is the third time ordering and i amazed that four days later my pckage arrived. I would say this is outstanding customer service

Excellent responsiveness to a packaging problem: pots of Humbrol paint sent in a simple envelope and which had opened, a total disaster on arrival! With photos to back them up, everything was quickly renewed without any difficulty. So 1001 hobbies is fine, but watch your packaging!
