I appreciated the shipping updates and package tracking feature. However, I found the tracking feature in French language difficult to follow (even though I would click on English translation much of the information was in French). My order was processed and received rather quickly given the pandemic difficulties. My package was received in excellent condition.

Too long a delay between order and delivery, even though the company is based in France..... Payment by PayPal subject to a "tax" (the only merchant site I know that practices it).
