I have bought a few things from 1001 Modelkits and they have always been excellent and very swift in despatching the goods. I look forward to doing business with them again in the future.

i ordered 3 jigsaw puzzles delivery was between 25th and 27th november they arrived on the 26th so spot on and well packaged also it shows me they are a genuine supplier so would not hesitate to use 1001 modelkits again in the future i would also recommend them to family and friends

The initial package apparently disappeared in transit but was ultimately replaced by 1001 after investigation with their couriers so a loss was happily reduced to a delayed arrival. I will use them again.

The Tamiya paints I ordered showed up well protected and just in time for my project. I like 1001 Hobbies mostly for its selection of kits and after-market supplies that are hard to find anywhere else.

Everything seemed to be in order but TDLR: Wrong product receivedAfter more than a week of contact I only received a return request at my own expenseThe product I received was not the same as what was indicated on the siteThe site advertised the Arnold HN2301 while I received the Arnold HN2300It is a small but important difference as the products look the same but work differently technically. On the day of receipt I sent a message via the ''support'' button to customer service with a short description of the problem and pictures of the product I received A day later I received a reply asking if I wanted to send pictures of the product I did this again In the end I spent more than a week with no more than 1 e-mail per day in an attempt to explain the difference and to arrange a solution for the wrongly sent product. Finally, on November 20, I received a message that I could fill out a form for a return request at my own expense. It is unfortunate that a support issue takes more than a week especially if the support turns out to be a wall that is not willing to help you but instead does everything possible to make the already unpleasant situation even more unpleasant Whether this is due to unconscious incompetence or deliberate stubbornness I will not say. This was my first and last experience with this website.

I bought it on November 9th and it still hadn't arrived on the 25th, even though I was charged €7 for Colissimo 48h delivery and I live 16km from the store. Even Vinted deliveries are faster.
