March 2020 update: Still waiting February 2020 update: Several weeks later after claiming to be processing a refund I am still waiting. Absolutely terrible customer service waited a month for an item that showed as shipped only to be told they marked as shipped as a mistake with no resolution. Even in their reply below you can see how half hearted their customer service is. I never received even an apology and am still waiting for a refund. Do not purchase from this website. As you can continue to see below they have never even attempted to apologize just more dumb jokes. This was a late gift request from my nephew and I was thrilled to see in stock here because it was sold out everywhere else. Instead the order stalled after a couple days reading as 'shipped' with no update or communication. Not everyone is in on your brand of humor some people just want to buy a thing and have it delivered to the address provided in the time frame that was given at check you know like how all e-commerce sites work. Not this one though they will not deliver your order and think they're cool with insider humor while doing it. I'm sure whatever self-important reply they have next will only continue to show how little they care about their customers. Literally all that needed to be said was 'We're so sorry we will process a refund' or you could have provided any update to shipping when something was clearly stalled for about 3 weeks on an order that should have been delivered within one.
