The model is fine but the shipment took a month and after calling and writing and writing and writing and calling and an impertinent person who answers the phone saying that you chose the shipment without tracking what does that have to do for a shipment that was going to take 5 to 7 days to take 27 days to arrive?

Misleading description of the material quality of the item ordered (Airplane): Advertised in metal, the reality: half metal, half plastic. Why advertise a scale on the catalog that doesn't correspond to reality when it would be simpler to put the real size of the object? All in all, very good value for money, no hidden costs.

Clear and good ordering process. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the shipping. There are three shipping methods. I had opted for the middle one which is a bit faster (2-4 days with tracking number) Unfortunately I only received the package 9 days later. If this problem could be solved, I would gladly order again.
