Some people are just unlucky.... For me, an order that was supposed to arrive within the week (for a birthday) was blocked because an accessory was missing...! After 15 to 20 calls and emails over 4 weeks, each time the parcel was supposed to leave the next day... I finally received it yesterday 1512. But with one detail missing... all that's missing are the glue and the paints that were ordered, paid for and not delivered !!!!!! I'm afraid I won't be able to make up for it by giving the gift a month after the Christmas date. I'm not

I followed their email link to download … I followed their email link to download my order is processed confirmation plus track my order I clicked on the link filled in the login details error message saying not registered with the company. I now don't know if and when I Will even recieve my order ?.
