I followed their email link to download ... I followed their email link to download my order is processed confirmation plus track my order I clicked on the link filled in the login details error message saying not registered with the company. I now don't know if and when I Will even recieve my order ?.

However, the site needs to improve the detail of the information provided on the products, e.g.: model to be assembled, always specify the number of parts contained in the box to better judge the difficulty, especially in the case of the "P".

placed an order November 20th placed an order November 20th. Goods in stock, but I have yet to receive them, today is December 10th. My payment when through right away as order was confirmed. email saying order confirmation & processed & preparation on dec 30th. Still nothing, I used order number to check for it, and was informed no order has been placed. Still waiting!!!
