Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to ship a single paint pot due to the shipping costs incurred. That is why a document containing a form to print and fill out manually was sent to you on 04/06/2025, in order to proceed with the refund. Not having received a return from you, we have just resent it to you today.
We are awaiting this completed form to finalize the refund for the missing paint pot.
