Good product - poor communication with US customer The model is good quality & arrived within 2 weeks of ordering. However, the email confirmation quoted delivery at 9 months after ordering for some reason. When I called the customer service # with Boston area code to ask about this, no one ever answered the line and the voicemail was in French. Despite not knowing any French, I left a message anyway and never got a response. I emailed as well and did not get a response. This item was for an anniversary gift so timing was important. Glad they came through but if you have a question, you may have trouble getting an answer.

Exactly as advertised Ordered the ""HOBBY BOSS 82911 - MODEL KIT GERMAN 80CM K(E) RAILWAY GUN ?DORA?"" kit. This kit is hard to find, and the other suppliers wanted at least $250 (US). 1001modelkits advertised it for $189. It was delivered internationally in perfect condition, within the time frame promised. No complaints and much appreciated.

Entirely reliable site: accurate descriptions, fast delivery and a wide variety of products and prices. Above all, you'll find the information you need to make up your own mind (if you don't know anything about products), but without jargon or abusive sales pitches. So the advice is honest. Both times we were even surprised to receive a product of better quality than the one we thought we'd discovered. Since the first purchase, I've realized that I'll be going straight back to the shop.

I placed the order on 020216 and it arrived on 050216. Very fast. I wanted to test this site because the enamel paints are so much cheaper than my usual store. I saved 8€. I asked for replacement of a color ordered double was not done. A 5 euro discount coupon I was given was not applied. I got a tube of putty all crushed (maybe it's already been used??). The courier gave me a chance to change delivery address but then delivered to the original address. Better Amazon...
