delivery conforms to the order.delivery time conforms to those announced at the time of the order. However, I was too disappointed with the relay point (auchan avallon) with whom we had to fight for three days to get our parcel, which we were told had not been received. I will no longer use relay point delivery.

Why announce a delivery date when it will not be respected? More than 7 days difference between the announced date and the delivery date! Non-existent communication! No response to my requests for information.

1st order. Package received in good condition. But that the delivery time is long compared to the indications initially indicated. To moderate my comment 1001 maquettes are dependent on carriers. This will not prevent me from recommending on

pleasant store but not all brands of plastic maqette manufacturers as well as for resin decal kits. Serious about leftovers, they come back when it's available again on their website.

I did receive the rails in strong cardboard boxes with paper but the rails were or were fighting a duel apart from that no negative remarks and thank you I would come back Roger Duchat

The purchase went well. Only the receipt of the order was several days late. The website contains a lot of products. I suppose that this is why it crashes too often. Otherwise the customer service is excellent. This is the first time I have bought from you. My opinion is favorable and I will be ordering again.

Poor communication My order has been processing for nearly three weeks without any firm contact from 1001 Model Kits. The only e-mails I have received are three copies of OTHER buyer's requests for shipping updates and a copy of an inquiry I made before ordering - and that was never responded to - plus it now refers to a product I didn't ask about. All these e-mails seem to automated responses. All I ask for is an e-mail - preferably from a real person - letting me know that my order is in stock and it will be shipping soon . UPDATE: I finally received my order from 1001 Models - nearly two months after my order was placed and paid for. Communication was better over the last few weeks but still below expectations. I can accept delays but only if I'm informed of them. I was still getting comments in my account that had nothing to do with my order.
