Excellent Products The models from 1001modelkits are excellent. The delivery was fine but you do have to take in consideration that some items ship from overseas. However, every model builder knows that it does take time to get items. My items actually came in a few days earlier than expected. That made me happy, happy, happy. They do have models that are hard to find. All this together makes it a great experience and I will be ordering from them again in the near future.

I consider 1001 models very well stocked and clear in the structure of the site. If I may make one remark it concerns the field of color sales: rather than indicating the type of color (sometimes too general) it would be the case to enter the number of each individual color since in the assembly packs the shade is not indicated but almost always the code number.

I haven't had any problems with your site except for an order that never arrived. I hope to hear from him again, except for this small detail.

The best model site in France in my humble opinion

I ordered a model with delivery between 3 and 5 days in a relay point and I had to wait practically 15 days and no way of contacting anyone verbally to find out what was happening, whether it was 1001 maquettes or the carrier. The site sent me an e-mail with an offer of free delivery for my next order, even though I hadn't received my first order.

Order placed on Tuesday evening and delivered on Saturday morning. Nothing to say, everything was perfect! First experience and I recommend the site! Particularly at this time of year, when the savings on certain store visits are most welcome. My godson was delighted with

Actually I only wanted to give one star but rude (if you don't want to call a reply to my emails that) then yes, but the service is really not worth more than two stars. Paid both times in advance via PayPal for figures in 'stock' according to the list (why then 2-3 weeks delivery time) and received no credit for the undelivered package in the first order. The same with the second order, but this time at least a credit note on the account. Nevertheless, I don't see the point in continuing to finance these poor logistics in advance. This is simply too little for today's standards and I will definitely look around for other options, even though the range is huge (apparently too extensive), hence the lousy logistics

The package arrived a little later than stated on the website with regard to the time frame for processing the request. However they kept in constant contact to notify me of the minor mishap as well as all other fulfillment (accepting request preparing package and shipping). The shipment then once it left was very fast.
