This is the first time I ordered a model from 1001 maquettes. The parcel arrived for Christmas, a Tiger 1 as a 16th Christmas present for our son. But when the boxes were opened, a package of wheels was open and half a wheel was missing. We then sent an email to customer service, which remains unanswered to this day. I was hoping to find a mail-order site I could trust. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be buying again under these conditions, at the risk of throwing our money away and disappointing others. I would have preferred to give a positive review, but unfortunately I was unable to do so.

The products and their description are correct. Correct packaging. Very satisfied with the purchase although they take too long to ship (5 days). Then MRW transports it fast but the time has already passed. Not suitable for gifts urgently

Very disappointed in not receiving the item prior to Christmas Placed order on December 9, 2013. There was no indication that there was even a possibility that there would not be sufficient time to receive this item in over 2 weeks. I did call the company and question this when they informed me that it was coming from overseas, but was reassured that it would be received prior to Dec. 25th. When I had not received the item by Christmas Eve, it was necessary to purchase another item. I received the item on the 26th, and now have no use for it, nor do I have any indication of how it can be returned and my money refunded.

I would sincerely recommend this site because first of all it is well stocked the prices are competitive and the site itself is very well organized: broken down by brand era type of model and many other specifications. It's all in the title! What more can I say? That the after-sales service is reactive and top-notch? The person was friendly (thank you madam or mademoiselle). 1st order on this site and most certainly the last! Minimalist communication, very long shipping time and lousy package! The miniature was in its box and in a rather large carton without any protection! unacceptable when you know how parcels are sent to the post office! Luckily there was no breakage, but it's the 1st time I've seen a professional seller do this!
