only one comment: the parcel had the exact dimensions of a standard letterbox. Dimensions so exact that it had to be twisted to get it out of the letterbox. Fortunately, that's what parcels and model boxes are made for, so the bunches weren't damaged.

I didn't receive the right product, even though it was in their catalog. He offered to return the parcel at my expense in exchange for a discount on a future purchase. Hello As mentioned in the title, the service is impeccable and fast. Enormous choice on the site (good stock management and availability, even for special brands). I put 4 stars and not 5 just for the choice of delivery person. I would have preferred to have the choice of a private courier such as TNT or UPS rather than Colissimo. I have far too many problems with La Poste, whether it's for business or pleasure. (Incidentally, a box of figurines was dented, without any serious damage to the contents, proof of the lack of care taken by La Poste in handling the items).
