I ordered a product from 1001 maquettes that I had been looking for for a long time. Ordering was easy and delivery was fast. I've had no problems whatsoever.

Good communication but item was sent with some delay and packaging was poor. (+) My questions were answered very quickly. (+) The item was as described. (-) The item was sent 9 days after I made the payment (-) Package was not protected well. Both of the diecast cars had their tyre off. Luckily it was not so bad and I could put them back.

Fast and dependable! Ordered a kit that came from France to Texas in about a week. They keep you informed via e-mail on your order status also. I will be using them again. Great company!

July 5, status says Order in progress (the items will in our facility in 5-6 days) I order July 3, order arrive July 27. But the order arrive pristine, good package. I was thinking rating 3 stars, for no keep client informed. I receive package first and mail status 1 day after. If merchandise not in stock at Arkansas, they must informed client about order in progress from 1001maquettes.fr Do i order again, yes i'll do, was new experience.
