Incredibly slow delivery time. Paid for express shipping (max. 1 week) and recieved my order a month and a half later. The order tracker and invoice stated all the items were packaged however there was an entire kit missing. Not impressed whatsoever. Don't buy from this site.

Haven't received me stuff yet and the Track and Trace is not working so far order placed on the 18-01-2022 and it is now the 8-2022 a month later.

I give 2 stars because the box was damaged I am disappointed

All very well.... but Correos is bad and it takes a long time... 10 days... Another faster delivery company of 24... 48h would be great... greetings

Large selection of many different items, which can be a little confusing. Prices are fair, even if sometimes a little more expensive than elsewhere, but the choice makes up for it. Delivery costs are quite high, especially when the item is not available immediately, when you have paid for 48-hour delivery and then find out by chance on the order summary e-mail that the item is not available for 2 weeks 🤔 and above all no information from the site about a possible delay. Otherwise we re-ordered outside the holiday periods and the delivery and deadline was respected.

For my first order it's almost a fiasco.5 products ordered because in stock on the site and only 3 delivered and that 15 days after the order. Far from the 5 to 7 days indicated. It was almost impossible to contact me by phone in the morning or in the afternoon to find out what had happened to my order. On the 12th day I had a contact person who told me that the 2 missing books had arrived and that my order would be dispatched the same day. Now I have a credit on my account and I don't know if I'll have to pay postage again if I use this credit to buy other books. E-mail exchanges don't lead to much and I must admit I'm pretty disappointed at the moment. BR

Sorry but I consider the waiting time too long and the package arrived half open with 2 boxes of 3 totally folded

very disappointed with the order where the products (color) did not meet my expectations. the color contained in the jars was either very thick, bordering on usable, or completely hardened, and therefore unusable.

Extremely disappointed. Ordered ten days before Christmas, I paid the full price to have the guarantee of receiving my package in time .... but Chronopost decided to return the package to sender for no reason!
So I called 1001hobbies, who offered to return the parcel to me as soon as they received it... I finally received my parcel, more than 3 weeks late, but above all with the model without the starter kit initially requested.
There was no commercial gesture, and I had to ask again and again to be reimbursed at least the difference in price between the model initially ordered and the one finally received!

My order was not honoured and I had to ask for a refund several times.

Different product as advertised. Not the old die cut kit which I wanted. The newer laser cut kit was send.

I still have not received my order of 29 /12. Everything was available except for one product available in 2-4 weeks. Not even sent in 2 packages. I sent an email recently and as luck would have it, they sent part of the order after 3 weeks of waiting. Dissatisfied. But delays can happen in these times. Next time I'll go to a physical store...

Info that is not up to date on the site regarding the availability of items that put me in the sea.... for Christmas when you have to announce to your child that he will not have the long awaited gift.... and of course without giving any info .. thank you 1001 hobbies to display only positive comments after customer service easy to reach. The previous order was never delivered because 1 item was out of stock. Finally after waiting 4 weeks my entire order was cancelled and refunded, including the items that were in stock. Still placed another order but have been waiting for at least 2 weeks. Status is "pending" but I wonder if the order will actually come.

Very long lead time, almost a month late, and hesitant communication about the delivery date. Unsatisfactory

The experience in this wed , It has been pretty bad three references are ordered , marked with stock available and after two weeks waiting for the shipment .
I ask and they tell me that two items do not have them . and if I do not ask no one says anything . TWO months to finalize a transaction.

But when they told me that the refund was going to take FOURTEEN days (not even in the worst times of Aliexpress) I decide that I prefer to wait for the items, they leave me hanging and do not answer again.
I placed the order here because with the three items and counting the shipping costs .
The price was very good. In the end the reference that arrived, cost the same as in other weds and I would have had it in four days.
The model stores if anything is characterized by its seriousness, advice and good customer service.

You have good prices taking advantage of offers and others. And it is a page that regularly appears in search engines. As recommended The two references that I am missing you still have them. Obviously, there's a big discrepancy between stocks and the website: Order placed at the end of November, not dispatched until mid-December, fortunately my request for a refund was processed quickly.

bad packaging, the passepartouts were free to bang in the package and were slightly damaged on the sides

I placed an order some time ago I think more than a week ago now and still haven't received anything. Delivery time is really taking way too long.

I received the wrong item and returned it as requested but have had no replacement, refund or any response since.

Placed an order for Xmas, with a published delivery time of 2 weeks. Should have been plenty of time. When there was no sign of it, I had to contact them to chase delivery. To be told there’s no way it would be delivered for Xmas! Therefore I had to cancel!
COMMUNICATION IS PARAMOUNT.

The website was easy enough to use but my package arrived extremely late and the box looked like it had been run over by a truck. Won’t use this website again

ORDER DELAY

Was notified my address was not good for mailing with a PO Box! Changed my address but kept getting notices about the bad address even though I changed it!!! No good contact number to advise of the change, since y'all didn't check my address change before sending 3 or more notices!!!

See my previous review regarding this company. Since I sent it I have at last received a refund. It's taken the best part of a month plus follow up calls. They receive a 2 star rating because at least I did get my money back.

I have no idea if I will ever receive my order. It supposedly left France last month, but I have no idea where it is - maybe stuck at a port somewhere - or if I'll ever get it. And the online chat is in French. So I feel helpless.

I chose your site, even if it meant paying a bit more, thinking I was dealing with professionals...(who respect customers... no info!) seeing that things weren't moving very fast, I recommended almost all the items on a well-known site, where you can buy anything you can sell on the internet.... the very next morning, I began to receive my 1st parcels ... and after three days, I had received everything! and cheaper! no comments! sorry, but this will be my 1st and last order on your site ...
