It's a shame that taxes and shipping costs are more important than the items ordered.

Great item a very competitive price however there was a delay with the delivery as it came from outside the UK which I wasn���t aware of when I ordered and it was held by the couriers as there was missing paperwork which they had to wait for this was a copy of the invoice which when I received the delivery was in a open clear document pocket taped on the outside of the parcel this had all my personal details and some bank details on the document that could be accessed by anyone that chose to do so I can���t say I am very impressed with this so I will be thinking hard and long before I orde

Order placed on February 12 and still no dispatch notice. Very slow order preparation even though the products were in stock. I give 2 stars because there are a lot of references on this site. But when you charge for delivery at this rate and more than 10 days later you still have nothing at home for no apparent reason, it's a shame.

Ordered from the UK site unfortunately this company doesn't have a UK shop, didn't inform me of this when I ordered. ��45 of customs fees charged on top! 1001 model kits needs to be more upfront and inform customers of this before they place an o

The company itself is fine. The courier service however is abysmal. I realise that this is supposed to be a review of 1001, however if they choose to give business to a delivery company that is frankly unfit for purpose then they are themselves guilty by association. That's how easy it is to have your own reputation ruined.

I have received emails about my order in English French and Dutch That in itself is not a problem but I can imagine that this may be problematic for other customers who do not speak their languages as well Thank you for your reaction to my review perhaps I will get my original message across if I respond in English To be clear I do not have any issue with my order being delayed I understand that considering the current situation with Covid Brexit and the weather a delay was inevitable My 'issue' is more like a suggestion: I received several correspondence items regarding my order in several different languages: Dutch English and French That in itself is not a problem (at least to me) but I'd like to point out that this may be a problem to people who are less comfortable with languages and that handling correspondence like this may come across as less reliable

Book ordered (Codex Space Marines) arrived with one corner damaged because it wasn't packed well enough. Only 2 sheets of craft paper in a cardboard box for protection, how could it be so? We need to be more vigilant when it comes to shipping items that are not properly packed.

The item is no longer available on the 4th day after confirmed receipt of payment. A replacement or voucher is offered. I only need this particular item and have declared my withdrawal from the purchase contract. Since 1001 modellbau cannot fulfill their part of the contract according to their mail, I expect the full amount already paid including shipping costs back.

Their are either very disorganized or not truthful about their inventory. My order was two masking sets that would fit into an envelope and their shipping fees where extremely high. I wanted the product so I moved forward. Other vendors had the same product, lower cost and lower shipping but were truthful about delivery time (that would be sooner than this experience). Next time, I will go with the other vendors. Update - Feb 21, 2021 and still have not received the product - ordered Jan 31, 2021 Update: Feb 26, 2021 Received the package. It is an Eduard masking kit. They do say that on their site, but I missed that..my fault. I have ordered from Eduard direct in the past, about the same price but far lower shipping cost and delivery was much faster.

12 days to process the order then postage time also. Not acceptable. I thought I was buying from a Spanish company but it is in France. I looked for a Spanish company to speed up postage and after the order was placed I find it is France which is not a problem but 12 days to process the order!!!! Cheaper and quicker postage to buy from UK supplier. Not happy.

Correct order but the shipment of a padded A5 envelope could have been sent by registered mail. Delivery by Mondial Relais is a disaster. Delivery time too long and unprofessional service.

The order arrived two months late, it is true that what I expected arrived and it was in good condition, but I don't think I will buy again with such long delivery times.

My brush is still missing.

I ordered from 3 stores at the same time on the same day (Monday). One store delivered on Thursday, one on Saturday and this parcel is due to arrive on Monday. All via DHL. I personally think that's too long.

The price difference between the price indicated on the website and the ticket was 10€ more without specifying the concept apart from the shipping that was specified. In total, a 49€ model has ended up costing

Frankly, the preparation is too long and the top of the propeller plate does not correspond at all to the photo. My hpi motor housing is very satisfactory.

order placed before christmas based on stock given as available on the site but not received on january 11, 2021... making for a disappointed child! 1001maquettes only acknowledged the delayed availability after a complaint (no spontaneous information on the availability of the product).

While the company boasts of its French headquarters in Isère, my order took over 2 weeks to process and my purchase took almost a month to arrive. They either need to hire more people or make their practices more efficient (or both). On the other hand, my package arrived in perfect condition.
