Still awaiting parcel for item ordered on 21st December 2020. Difficult to contact the vendor to discuss or resolve this issue.

Very disappointed with the shipping service. After more than 10 days it still has not arrived. They have been 4 days ""in prapració"" and another 5 ""Prerregistrado"" in Correos but without delivering the package to be sent. I wrote an email two days ago and have not had a reply yet. As for the model in question, I still do not have it in my hands.

A few days after placing the order, I received an e-mail informing me that one of the products was not in stock, even though I had not been informed of this at the time of ordering. Approximately every 3 days I received the same message, even a duplicate. In mid-December I contacted the seller and again received an e-mail telling me that they were waiting for the product. I was waiting for these models which were intended as Christmas presents! To miss and on top of that to have to buy something else! I am aware of the complications of the holidays & Covid that may affect shipping ... but my order from Dec 10th has not arrived yet as of today (Dec 31st). Therefore until my order arrives it is impossible to give a positive review.

Overall disappointed. The order scheduled for delivery by December 21st finally arrived on December 29th...a shame for a Christmas present! The parcel ready to be dispatched from the logistics platform was blocked for 5 days without any explanation from the company I contacted by phone. What's more, 2 of the items advertised as being in stock on the site were found to be awaiting restocking at the time of confirmation...to encourage the customer to order (?) whereas other sales sites clearly indicated that the products were not available for 46 days. It's clumsy, even misleading. In my opinion, you can only give a bad brand image, and this encourages mistrust... disappointing for a site that claims to be of high quality and, what's more, French.

Paid extra $25 for expedited shipping. Has been two weeks since purchase still no item that was paid and ordered. This company is garbage responds in French and takes way too long to respond on inquires. Don�t waste your time or money they are awful.

On the 14th they send an email ""your order is ready"" On the 17th they send the same email (but one item is still missing) on the 22nd ""your order will be shipped shortly"" on the 23rd ""it has been shipped"" as of today 2912 the tracking code does not show up in the database. Not serious!!! When ordering product available four days later an email notifying me that the product is not available. For reimbursement, I have to wait 14 days!

Hello After paying nearly 10€ for a 48h delivery I was delivered in 96h. I'm told it's the health crisis. I work in the children's sector and we too have been faced with a health crisis since 130320 and have had to reinvent ourselves to be able to work more or less normally. So I think it's a shame to charge for a service we don't provide.

I placed an order that was supposed to arrive in 7-9 business days and instead took 12. Since it was an item I was supposed to decorate for Christmas each day of delay was heavy to catch up on. A meager communication came from support about the delay in restocking and this unnerved me because if you don't have the item in stock you don't sell it. If I had in fact known it was out of stock I would have purchased the same item from another retailer at a lower price where the estimated delivery time was 10 business days. Another thing: since the item has a cone shape I asked for gift wrapping (cost 2.50€) to have something more ""professional"" than what I could have done (who with packages anyway I do pretty well) and I was delivered the cone simply wrapped in a sheet of colored paper and with a scotch tape closure to say the least embarrassing. I think with a little more care and attention something better could have been done. I am not giving a star because with the purchase anyway I was given a 5€ off coupon on my next purchase. I will most likely not use it but it is still a kind thought.

My order was supposed to be shipped within 35 days instead it was shipped after two weeks in fact not a serious delay but in asking for explanations I was getting discordant messages those who told me that their regular supplier no longer had it available and they sn sn turned to another and those who blamed the courier delays generically. I started to lose confidence. The turning point was only when I threatened to turn to my bank for a chargeback a few days and they shipped.
