they said they had my item in stock i paid them nearly �100.00 when it did`nt arrive i checked tracking only to see ""not available"" i e mailed them and they replied that i could have a cover note to get other item of same value. as there`s nothing else i want i said i wanted my money back . they have not answered me . i have tried time and time again to contact them but no reply. dont make the same mistake as me-dont trust them to refund .

Relevant information required for customs clearance in Switzerland was forgotten. This extended the delivery time by weeks.

This was my first purchases with 1001and completely on line because of COVID-19. I usually like to discuss any questions I may have about the items I wish to purchase with a member of staff but glad to say that everything turned out ok. The range of items was a delight to see from just one supplier. I am now considering my next buying spree with 1001. Thanking all the team for a great effort in delivering my order within one week. Take care in these difficult times.

I am very disappointed. I called several times and sent an email with no response. I wanted to contact them for my parcel which was sent back to the store to ask them for an additional address but it was impossible to get them on the phone.

Totally disapointed. 24 .o4 order for some decals. Delivery expected 05.05. After me sending a polite message on May the 5th asking about my delivery time update the answer was quite rude saying I will have a refund. No atempts to solve my order. No excuses. I can see the product on the web page still aviable and aparentlly I can do another order. Never again! I hope they will refund. Dont use this company! The public relation stinks.

The order took about twenty days to arrive. Okay, it was covid19's fault. But they don't reply to the emails we send them, even though their answering machine promises very quick replies. I sent them an e-mail to complain about a bag of parts missing from the Concorde model box. No more response than when I asked about the status of the order. Not great, communication is poor and the phone number doesn't work! Sent a email asking where my model was as the delivery was taking forever. Response was slow, they eventually got back to me with a brief message that was not massively helpful. They have to ship items from their warehouse in Normandy which they don't show on the website very clearly.

About the shipment it said by April 4-5 instead it arrived after Easter 10 days later than the day indicated. Regarding the products I didn't expect them to be light paper because they looked like cardboard and then they are all to be cut while so many others are already shaped. The model pieces do not cohere well and I respected the measurements given by the dashes and lines. The cost is excessive compared to the quality of the product because in fact it is 25 printed sheets and you don't know how it can cost as much as 29 euros. There are many other far more detailed cardboard models at a lower cost. That said, I have fun doing it anyway so a sufficiency I give it. But I will get more models from other brands and then I will make the price-quality comparison.
