Parts are missing.

I placed my order and paid in full on May 29, 2020. To date, I have had no news about my order and no advice of any kind about delivery times. I regularly check the site, which tells me that my order has been in process since June 1, 2020 and that one of the requested products is being restocked, but no details of any kind have been given to me, even though the site has my full contact details, including my e-mail address. This shows not only a lack of follow-up but above all a lack of consideration for my needs.

I had ordered 4 pots of paint""flat black"" from Tamyia . Although the shipment was very satisfactory, the quality of the paint was not the same. My first order was completely satisfactory (glass jar with color label), but this latest order (glass jar with black and white label only), while the color was perfect, the texture wasn't the same. I was careful to mix it, but it was never so fluid and so easy to apply. So I don't know if it's much thicker than it was originally, or if the thicker pots of paint have been used.

Paid the extra for express shipping but I could have saved them given the delivery time. Shipping tracking is useless as it does not give updates on the location of the package. Item arrived but the Air soft firing system does not work the seller's solution was a 30 euro voucher which he never sent me. Also the NiMh battery charges poorly and does not last more than 5 minutes this forced me to buy another one. Instructions only in French. The item was a gift package but the requested card was not made.

I had ordered some models for my grandson, to be delivered on the following Thursday or Friday, which was one of my criteria since I had to see the child the following Sunday. I was asked to pay an extra €20 for this delivery. This is what I did and I was very disappointed because I didn't receive the package until Monday morning when my children had left. I understand that it's difficult to meet deadlines at this time of year, but please don't charge extra. As for the models themselves, I can't judge the packages.

The model is very nice but it arrived too late and I needed it for a birthday.

I am satisfied, the parcels arrive in good condition and are easy to unpack. The only problem is that they arrive 3 weeks or 1 month after the order.

Wrong rocket model delivered. I had ordered the German mission model rocket. French mission was delivered. The plastic bag with the components is torn open. Not a good service.

they said they had my item in stock i paid them nearly �100.00 when it did`nt arrive i checked tracking only to see ""not available"" i e mailed them and they replied that i could have a cover note to get other item of same value. as there`s nothing else i want i said i wanted my money back . they have not answered me . i have tried time and time again to contact them but no reply. dont make the same mistake as me-dont trust them to refund .

Relevant information required for customs clearance in Switzerland was forgotten. This extended the delivery time by weeks.

This was my first purchases with 1001and completely on line because of COVID-19. I usually like to discuss any questions I may have about the items I wish to purchase with a member of staff but glad to say that everything turned out ok. The range of items was a delight to see from just one supplier. I am now considering my next buying spree with 1001. Thanking all the team for a great effort in delivering my order within one week. Totally disapointed. 24 .o4 order for some decals. Delivery expected 05.05. After me sending a polite message on May the 5th asking about my delivery time update the answer was quite rude saying I will have a refund. No atempts to solve my order. No excuses. I can see the product on the web page still aviable and aparentlly I can do another order. Never again! I hope they will refund. Dont use this company! The public relation stinks.

The order took about twenty days to arrive. Okay, it was covid19's fault. But they don't reply to the emails we send them, even though their answering machine promises very quick replies. I sent them an e-mail to complain about a bag of parts missing from the Concorde model box. No more response than when I asked about the status of the order. About the shipment it said by April 4-5 instead it arrived after Easter 10 days later than the day indicated. Regarding the products I didn't expect them to be light paper because they looked like cardboard and then they are all to be cut while so many others are already shaped. The model pieces do not cohere well and I respected the measurements given by the dashes and lines. The cost is excessive compared to the quality of the product because in fact it is 25 printed sheets and you don't know how it can cost as much as 29 euros. There are many other far more detailed cardboard models at a lower cost. That said, I have fun doing it anyway so a sufficiency I give it. But I will get more models from other brands and then I will make the price-quality comparison.
