Hello dear 1001 modellbau team, I visited your website because I would like to buy various model ships. your selection is large but the structure of your pages is a disaster for model builders who are looking specifically. Neither a classification of the different categories nor a possibility to click on a scale are available.Especially scale information is one of the most important criteria for model builders.After ten pages where the models were shown wildly mixed up I gave up the search frustrated and had no interest to call up the remaining fifty pages.Something like that is annoying and time-consuming.This should only be an incentive how to do it better.Wish the 1001 Modellbau team continued success and a nice day. 07/09/2019 order placedafter two weeks I didn't receive the order of course i live in the uk. I do not recommend

Ordered on the 13/08 and still only showed ""processing"" after 7 days so cancelled. Also they only process refunds on a Wednesday which seems bizarre.

More than 15 days to be delivered whereas it announces 2 to 5 days with my order the product was available and according to them it was out of stock no information during this time.

Unable to set the average (2.5), I opted for the low option... Despite a well-stocked catalog, my first two orders took too long to process for my liking: almost 15 days between order and receipt, with: products indicated as being in stock when in fact they weren't; very long reaction times for order tracking information; slightly expensive delivery to a relay point; a surprisingly long delivery time; no contact form on the site and no reply to messages sent by mail....; despite everything, the products were received and were exactly as ordered. By way of comparison, when I didn't see my second order arrive, I placed an order on a competitor's site: same products delivered to my home within two days of placing the order, and with the same costs.

Product in stock at time of order, delay far too long + express delivery paid in addition which does not deliver to my home because coli supposedly too large. Suoer combo. I ordered the same day something else on flash rc received the next day!!!! I do not recommend

Order placed on 240719 Package arrived damaged and late (arrive on 010819) although I had taken Colissimo to have it no later than July 30 for a birthday.

Hello Very disappointed with the date of receipt of the package. To pay 7.99 euros to have it after 5 days. I find that a bit steep. Other free parcels arrive in 48h Cordiale

A very mediocre service they sell and charge references that appear in stock and then it is not true.The transport company disappeared ..... a very bad experience after paying in advance...... do not deliver all products paid and can take up to a month and a half in delivery. This is my first purchase and I am disappointedI am very hesitant to continue as a customer.

THE COLORS SHIPPED TO US ARRIVED DEFINITELY LATE BY MAIL . WE HAD DIFFICULTY FINDING THE PACKAGE BECAUSE THE LETTER CARRIER AFTER LEAVING A SATURDAY MORNING NOTICE IN THE MAILBOX GAVE 10 DAYS TO PICK UP THE PACKAGE. PURTTROPPO PERO 'IN THOSE 10 DAYS I WAS PERSONALLY ABSENT AND I ADOVUTO MAKE PROXY TO MY BROTHER WHO CONFIRMED THAT THE POST OFFICES OF PIETRASANTALU COULD NOT FIND ANYTHING ... SO HE WENT TO THE POST OFFICES OF MARINA DI PIETRASANTA AND AFTER AN ODYSSEY SIONO MANAGED TO FIND THE PACKAGE. SO THE NEGATIVE SCORE LIES IN THE SHIPMENT DEFINITELY TOO SLOW AND CLEARLY IN THE ITALIAN POST OFFICE TO BE DISCOURAGED. Despite availability of quite high postage costs and a promise of 4-7 days delivery time, the goods only arrived after 22 days! Tracking was not possible despite the tracking number. When asked, they said that the selected shipping method takes a long time by default. Why don't they just write that it takes 4-30 days? The customer is deliberately being taken for a ride... Yours sincerely"" Unfortunately, judging by the reaction of 1001modellbau, they did not understand what it was all about (hence the reduction from 3 to 2 stars)... I was shown a delivery time of 4-7 days during and after the purchase! If the shipping method takes up to (or as in my case even longer than) 3 weeks then please write it too!!! The customer is being taken for a ride with the 4-7 information! *shakes head* And: if a product is available, it should also be in stock. Otherwise you can't dispose of it.... If available meant that the item existed in the world, the designation would be useless in an online store.

It took 10 days for the order to be sent (and not 8 as stated on my order history, and even 8 days is a long time), then the delivery time in total took 21 days for the parcel to arrive, almost as long as Chinese sites. What's more, the free delivery conditions weren't clear.

the 'purchase ( Birthday gift for June 1st of my son ) was to deliver the model by the end of May. I had to wait until day 7 June ( about 845 hours ) and receive a phone call from the local post office informing me that at their premises there was a very bulky package ( ???? ) and that I could go and retrieve it. (Delivery was to ""home"") Too bad my son works in the UAE and had left that very morning....

I still haven't received my parcel purchase made on 1006 confirmation of sending the parcel on 1806 according to the estimate I was supposed to receive my parcel on 1906 to date I'm still waiting for it

I received my ordered vehicle quite quickly but to my regret, once I had unpacked it to put it in the window, I regretted the doubt I had when I sent the vehicle in its packaging to find that the front windscreen was damaged. I find this regrettable, especially for the price of the vehicle, and it's a shame that there isn't a minimum visual check on the shipment before it's dispatched. I'm going to hesitate twice before placing another order. It's a shame because I'd spotted about ten vehicles that I needed, but I'm going to look on another site because I was disappointed with my order.

If you don�t mind the slightly longer delivery time as it�s coming from abroad then this is the ideal company. Huge choice of items in my case enamel paints at a better price than I could find anywhere else. Happy all round thanks.

It's funny to receive a Lego tank in a huge package instead of a 200-piece B24 bomber after 15 days of waiting.

Models ordered on 20.5.2019 and payment made value 21.5.2019 and payment well received by 1001 maquette. However, the model must be ordered from the supplier (therefore not in stock) which is not mentioned on the 1001 maquettes website. Call dated 21.5. abruptly cut short by customer service !!!! This was my first and last order from 10

Hello, unfortunately the delivered item differs greatly from the ordered item in terms of color and design.

The product I ordered was for a model 110 as indicated in my search engine. I did not expect to receive such a small body which in the end will not serve me at all.

P51 model purchased. Fast delivery BUT it was indicated on this box that the paints were supplied which is false. 4 paints supplied 2 missing including the main one and 1 which does not correspond to the model. Result: I'll have to go and buy the paints before I can assemble the model.

Horrible. It was not packaged in a box and protected. It cane damaged and opened and said it had been repackaged. I took photos of it. I have not been able to reach anyone at all to talk to about this. I give it 0 stars
