Unfortunately, I can't rate the product as I gave it away. And it would be far too early to rate it. The delivery time was quite long at around three weeks. The money was transferred on 30.11.17 when I ordered it. The package arrived on 15.12.17. I don't know what happened between 30.11 and 11.12 when the package was announced but at least it was two weeks. Sorry.

Too bad shipping costs are high

Product received! With much waiting 10 days!! and exaggerated postage 6€50!! Not to receive it at home but in a point relay! Disappointed with this first expedition

Some people are just unlucky.... For me, an order that was supposed to arrive within the week (for a birthday) was blocked because an accessory was missing...! After 15 to 20 calls and emails over 4 weeks, each time the parcel was supposed to leave the next day... I finally received it yesterday 1512. But with one detail missing... all that's missing are the glue and the paints that were ordered, paid for and not delivered !!!!!! I'm afraid I won't be able to make up for it by giving the gift a month after the Christmas date. I'm not

For 15 days I'm still waiting for my order !!! At least 10 reminders and no response!!!! I would never recommend 1001 maquette

My payment when through right away as order was confirmed. email saying order confirmation & processed & preparation on dec 30th. Still nothing, I used order number to check for it, and was informed no order has been placed. Still waiting!!!

As of today I have not received my order nor do I have any news of when I will receive it. I received an email on December 1st telling me that the order was being delivered. Today is the 9th and I have not received my order.

They don't respect delivery they say 34days but a month passes I don't buy anything in this site anymore

Supply lead times too long...when the product is not in stock, the customer has no information and waits for his order. I don't think it's up to the customer to follow up, but up to you 1001 Maquettes to keep him informed of new deliveries.

Delivery time is completely unacceptable. Packaging looks used.

Large and extensive range but unfortunately.... I had to wait almost a month for a letter (1 decal sheet). What's more, it didn't come in the form of a letter but in a parcel which I also had to collect from the post office. I have already mentioned the long delivery times several times. Regardless, this criticism is ignored. The delivery service is simply unprofessional.

I realize 1001 Modelkits has no control of the postal system so technically I cannot hold them at fault for this large delay. However, after seeing many complaints about orders not being received at all or seriously delayed I would expect that 1001 Modelkits would make other arrangements to insure the best possible customer service. I believe most customers would pay an extra fee for some trackable shipping service that would hopefully avoid these types of situations. Postscript...the order arrived the afternoon that I posted this review. Thanks!

not received the right colors

Ordered on October 10th and still haven't received anything. If I don't receive anything by Monday, I'll have to cancel my order. Otherwise, the customer service team responds quickly and is very attentive. The delivery service leaves something to be desired.

Poor Order Fulfillment Process Order placed & paid with PayPal 10/3. No communication or delivert by 10/23, when I inquired only to find one item out of stock. Asked for refund to PayPal for that item, got a future sale voucher (fat chance) instead. Got that cleared up, they asked if I still wanted item that was in stock. Cancelled order in frustration, no credit to my PayPal to date, handed it to them for resolution. Customer Service people very nice, polite but company procedures hamper them resolving problems. Ordered from them once before with no issues two years ago, perhaps sales are now so good they can afford to kick a couple customers to the curb.

The delivery time is PESIMOUS, BAD AND VERY LATE and does not comply with what it says on their page of delivery in 4 to 6 days. My order took more than two weeks my son and after claiming a lot of times they did not know how to give me answer ¡¡¡¡ The product buy

After a few days we contacted the vendor asking what was happening. No response. We contacted them again. No response. Finally we resorted to opening a PayPal complaint in order to get a refund. The response was then instantaneous. Multiple emails kept us informed up until the point the goods turned up.

After ordering 8 items on this site, I received the parcel 5 days later by Colissimo. What a surprise to see that I only had half of my order... The delivery note stipulated the total amount of my order. I called 1001 Maquettes to find out if all this was normal, and the advisor promised to keep me informed of what had happened. The next day, with no news, I decided to call again. The logistician calls me a liar... However, the advisor re-ordered the missing items. 5 days later, the post office called to tell me that my parcel had been opened and that there was only one item left. I call 1001 Maquettes again and they trigger a new order... Which turned out to be the right one. 4 weeks for items in stock. My 2-star rating takes into account the professionalism of the call center, but its

orders always take a long time to arrive, and this isn't the first time I've reported this.

The delivery only took place a week after the agreed date. This was already annoying as the delivery time was the decisive argument when choosing the online store. In addition, no information was provided about the delay and tracking via the 1001 Modellbau website did not work either. When I asked about the delay and the problems with tracking the order, all I got back was a standard text saying "I always try to satisfy customers as quickly as possible". However, the goods finally arrived (far too late) and are in order. After all. Response to the seller's reaction: The order was placed on 24.09. and was paid for directly via PayPal (I have the order confirmation). The delivery on 07.10. therefore took place 13 days after the order. Much later than stated.

The delivery time was extremely long. (14 days) The item leaves a lot to be desired. The best thing are the stickers. In my opinion, the model is not worth the money. I would definitely not buy it again.

On value for money I felt that I have been ripped off on price as your selling price was£55 whereas Welsh Models who supplied the kit sell it for £39.27 which is 40% more which is why I am saying I was ripped off by 1001 Maquettes. I would not use this company again. In future I will buy direct from Welsh Models.

product poorly advertised merchandise does not correspond to what was offered

The fuselage of the A330-200 I ordered has the dimensions of an A330-300! so it has the decor of a -200 with the size of a -300.

Very, very long delivery times

Gift-wrapped!!! To be desired Packaging of the model damaged and dusty. I understand that with my 20 € purchase I'm not one of the super customers... But that's really making fun of me.

Heller te20 kit excellent.took 3 weeks … Heller te20 kit excellent.took 3 weeks to arrive .tracking didnt work..1001 didnt reply to e mails or answer phone..kit only arrived after complaint to pay pal. Glue fell apart on opening..paints and brushes v good packing was excellent... Id have to be persuaded they sorted their customer services to buy again. I was asked for this review same day i had to complain to paypal! Sorry but need to give h. onest review
