Heller te20 kit excellent.took 3 weeks ... Heller te20 kit excellent.took 3 weeks to arrive .tracking didnt work..1001 didnt reply to e mails or answer phone..kit only arrived after complaint to pay pal. Glue fell apart on opening..paints and brushes v good packing was excellent... Id have to be persuaded they sorted their customer services to buy again. I was asked for this review same day i had to complain to paypal! Sorry but need to give h. onest review

Still waiting for the parcel sent by Relay on 3072017 received on 6 072017 at the customer collection point. At the reception point today on 17072017 she said she had received nothing. I phoned Relay Belgium, who confirmed that the parcel had been at my disposal since 6072017.

It took over 2 weeks until the figures in stock arrived.

Package sent on time as advertised on the website. However the packaging was too light, I had ordered 30 small pots of paint which were placed loose in a simple bubble envelope. I had also ordered a decal sheet which was placed unprotected in the middle of the pots, so it arrived crumpled. The free poster is crumpled too, and good to go.

According to Colissimo you didn't pass on my full address - they only had 270 bd de Ste Marguerite 13009... it's the business address of the CHU Ste Marguerite but it was missing the precise place where I work... whereas on the 1st delivery everything went fine.... ??? Pavilon Solaris result => parcel supposedly delivered but I don't know where I called Colissimo ... they're going to try to contact the delivery man to find out where he dropped the parcel off at 6.30pm... what I do know is that the secretary's office was closed! I left at 9.15pm... without my parcel and on vacation for 4 weeks...not glop! Aff

I've been waiting for a refund for an order for over 20 days, no communication from 1001 maquettes, no reply to my email, seriousness is not 1001 maquette's strong point.

Enough over the handling and especially the wait of 2 weeks instead of one with a dhl supplement of 1999€ in order to receive normally quickly... Hoping not to be outdone by the new order

A little thought on the Éle prices

I don't know if 1001 maquettes is responsible but I have a big problem. I received an e-mail from mondial relai telling me that my order had been delivered to the relay point, so I went to pick it up but no luck, it wasn't there. I tried to contact Mondial Relai on Tuesday 9517 but they were out of order. I call again on 10517 and they're still out of order, so I haven't received my order and I'm not happy.

Compared to other internet merchants, 1001 maquettes has its shortcomings and refunds for items not supplied are not prompt. So I only go to 1001 maquettes if I can't find it anywhere else. In addition to the slow shipping compared to the prices ordered from you and ordered from rue des maquettes on the same date, your packages usually arrive 45 days after your competitor with the same price.

The model that I ordered in 1001maquetas I could find it in other web sites choose that one because they offered a. Service 2448 hours received the order. Service that by the way they are charging you for. I placed the order on Sunday March 26th and it arrived on Friday March 31st. They sent me an order confirmation email on Monday March 27th and I filed a claim on Wednesday. The model came perfectly and is not missing any parts or anything. For that part I am happy, for the other part I am not. So the next time I will try another site and I will evaluate the differences. Because if the model ordered on another site is going to arrive just as well and in less time... I'm not going to be happy.
