I ordered a Jeep Wrangler in Nov 16. First I was told that the product was out of stock, even though it was advertised as being in stock on the site. I then received a discount voucher equivalent to the amount of the purchase so that I could order it at a later date. When it was available again, I realized that the coupon was actually worth 0€... :-( After contacting the customer service department, the problem was solved, but I realized that the coupon didn't count towards the shipping costs, i.e. 7€ for a purchase of 22! Product ordered and never received. I was always the one who had to ask for news: the company is not responsive at all in responding to emails. Fortunately paid by PayPal and therefore refunded. I waited over a month to write this review to give the company a chance to fix the problem--not even an apology from them.... I rarely leave reviews but in this case I was taken for a ride so it seems only fair to let them know.

For a basic order (all the items ordered were supposed to be in stock) it took me 6 phone calls and several messages to get the situation sorted out, as the site announced that the order was being prepared but not dispatched. The reason given was that certain products were not in stock (I repeat that everything was in stock at the outset). After more than a month, the order was finally received. That's a long time! I'm not a grudge-holder, I'll place another order to see if I can get it.

the model supplied has no instructions in French, only in English and Japanese. For a 12-year-old, this is not at all practical!!! even with the assembly sketches. A phone call to 1001 maquettes confirmed the absence of French instructions and the impossibility of obtaining them. Impossible to hold silver paint (N°11) on plastic. For the other colors, acrylic paint leaves traces on the brush and dries very quickly (perhaps you need to add an additive like white spirit or alcohol?). No problems with dispatch

Even after the second request for a few articles, there has been no response to date. LNF is not a common abbreviation in model making... not even outside Germany! The descriptions of the articles are extremely poor. It would be important to me if I knew what I was buying...
