From order to delivery takes way too long! This is my second order with 1001 Modelkits, and again the time from the confirmation to the actual delivery is unbelievably long. My most recent order was made on June 11 and as of this review (July 6) I still DO NOT HAVE IT! It is just a mask for a canopy on a 1:48 scale plane, and yet it cannot be delivered quicker than one month. That is just way too long. My first order was so long in being shipped and delivered that I actually had to reorder the item through another distributor and got it within a few days. Finally my original order arrived, and now I don't need it any longer. Sorry, but something has to be done about processing and shipping orders much faster.

The product I purchased was in stock. It took them a long time to tell me that they didn't have it, and they took a long time to tell me that they were sending it to me. On June 8 I received an email saying that they were sending it to me and I am still waiting for it.

I placed an order 13 days ago and still haven't received it. I paid a surcharge to receive it earlier by DHL and it doesn't seem to have done me any good. I have sent an email to find out something and have not yet received a reply. I am not at all happy

Very average customer service by phone...late delivery and no respect for invoice requests when it's a gift.

I ordered and paid for a modeling item after 16 days I still have not received

In my order, a model included paint pots, one of which was leaking ... the result is obviously visible, the box containing the pots being transparent. Alas, not sending a faulty product is obviously not an objective. It's all the more annoying because it's impossible to make a simple complaint via your order history in my account.

The product I ordered on April 25th was supposedly dispatched on the 27th! To date (May 5th) I still haven't received anything! After contacting the service department, I was advised to wait for the product to arrive.

I am very unhappy with delivery time. I ordered a sheet of decals for an older 1:48 scale B-17 kit on 2/10/16. The kit was 90% complete but the kit decals were too old. On 2/18/16 I sent a message requesting status and saying that if the decal sheet was not in stock I would select a different one. On 2/19/16 I received an email saying it shipped and they would notify me of a tracking number. It is now 3/2/16 and I have not received a tracking number or the decals. This is not acceptable and I will know better in the future not to order from 1001 models.

This is the first time I've placed an order with you and after 14 days it hasn't arrived. I can't phone you and the person at the chat desk told me to wait.

The package arrived in very bad condition and the assembly pieces all detached from where they were supposed to be!!!

I paid for an express service and after 48 hours the order is still not shipped. I have even contacted them and they do not respond. I have opened a dispute with Paypal to see if they now respond. I add after their response: I am not going to modify anything so that everything is reflected. Once I opened the dispute they have put the order as shipped. I paid a higher price for it to be urgent by DHL and with tracking number which they did not provide me and also sent by Correos. I sent them two emails on their website to which they have not responded. Now tell me how you intend to defend your""Efficient customer service"" that you put on your website. Be thankful that I am not going to claim a measly £3 extra that I paid for a courier service that I did not receive and that I have upgraded my rating to 2 stars instead of 1 as it was before. In reality, there were only 6 figurines. At $13.99 plus shipping, this is way too expensive and not as described. It was a rip off!

Badly signposted depot store, barely clean, waited 12 hours for someone to tell me the parcel wasn't there and found it 14 hours later.

Product reported to be in stock ordered on Feb 3 with the additional charge for expedited shipping as of today Feb 11 the order is still IN ELABORATION and their email response confirms this status. First and last purchase from 1001models.

I asked for replacement of a color ordered double was not done. A 5 euro discount coupon I was given was not applied. I got a tube of putty all crushed (maybe it's already been used??). The courier gave me a chance to change delivery address but then delivered to the original address. Better Amazon...

I won't be ordering again!!!

I give it two stars because I have not yet received the merchandise and I have been waiting for twelve days, even though they state in the order that it was shipped quickly.

I received an item labelled with the reference ordered, but the contents were nothing like it. After 48 hours, the after-sales service asked me again for a photo and references already supplied in a 1st e-mail, claiming to request a return label for the product. It took them over a week to realize that (following a request from me) their request had not been taken into account... The initial order dating from 211215 is still incomplete to this day. I can only imagine the worst for the future as these difficulties only concern the return of the wrong item and I'm not about to receive the right one! So much the better for those whose orders are error-free, but given the quality and efficiency of this box, I strongly advise against it (especially as their prices are high and I've found the same items elsewhere).
