5 stars for me but 2 stars from a relative who i recommended your site to. While I have to say I always had a great experience shopping with you, I was surprised when I had recommended your site to a relative who purchased the 1/350 Uss The Sullivans, intending to give it to me as a Christmas gift. He was told it was in another warehouse and charged his card the 59.00 for the kit. After two weeks he had not heard anything and tried to e-mail you but did not recive a reply. He also noted the price had dropped to 29.00$. Since he did not get a response to his emails he cancelled the order. Thanks for ""listening"" Phil

Delay not respected received after Christmas No comment

This is the first time I ordered a model from 1001 maquettes. The parcel arrived for Christmas, a Tiger 1 as a 16th Christmas present for our son. But when the boxes were opened, a package of wheels was open and half a wheel was missing. We then sent an email to customer service, which remains unanswered to this day. I was hoping to find a mail-order site I could trust. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be buying again under these conditions, at the risk of throwing our money away and disappointing others. I would have preferred to give a positive review, but unfortunately I was unable to do so.

I did call the company and question this when they informed me that it was coming from overseas, but was reassured that it would be received prior to Dec. 25th. When I had not received the item by Christmas Eve, it was necessary to purchase another item. I received the item on the 26th, and now have no use for it, nor do I have any indication of how it can be returned and my money refunded.

I'm still waiting for my order. My first impression was rather negative, so the delivery time was too long - a child didn't get his present in time yesterday for Christmas. I can't say for sure about the quality.

Hello! I placed an order 10 days ago and still my package has not arrived and I have not been notified when I was going to receive it and I had to be the one who has had to get in touch and I still do not have it at home. I think it was MRW's problem but I don't care I should be informed by the two companies.

1st order on this site and most certainly the last! Minimalist communication, very long shipping time and lousy package! The miniature was in its box and in a rather large carton without any protection! unacceptable when you know how parcels are sent to the post office! Luckily there was no breakage, but it's the 1st time I've seen a professional seller do this!

It is true the supposed large stockage but it does not correspond then the delay in confirming the stock and then the long waiting period to receive the order. To date I have not received anything and no tracking number is provided for the package.

I purchase and pay for an item on 24-11-2013 the shipment is made on 3-12-2013 because they tell me on 28-11-2013 that the material is not physically present in the warehouse in the same communication they say that I will receive the package within three days having chosen the option """parcel celere 3"" but on 7-12-2013 a new message arrives saying that the delivery days have magically increased to 57. I receive the item on 10-12-2013 (16 DAYS AFTER PAYMENT) In an envelope with bubble wrap the item is fragile and in fact opening the envelope it is slightly damaged ( in a recoverable way thankfully) I don't want to lengthen the time any longer and decide to keep the item as is. In summary it was my worst buying experience in over 10 years of online shopping around the world.

By subscribing to Colissimo plus 2 € I had to receive the package within 7 days instead of 14 days. I received it after 10 days. I therefore missed my son's birthday by leaving on the basis of your time commitment, without which I would have made other purchasing arrangements. Much too long.

Too many items unavailable 80% of catalog.....

The glue cap was broken and cracked, so the glue was unusable.

The order I placed on 3110 has not yet been delivered !!!! How can I continue my collaboration with 1001 maquettes?

My opinion does not leave on the entire transaction because to date I still have not received my package ... no tracking possible ... not terrible

I placed an order 1 and a half months ago. After 3 weeks all the products were available and the parcel was about to leave but nothing...I had to contact the site several times to find out what the status was...it's coming in the next few days...I had to follow up every week then every 2 days. In the end I got my order but no explanation 1 and a half months later and no apologies.

The order that has sent this mail I estimate that they have been late in supplying it (order on 2110 received on 611 by mail) The shipping costs despite the high coupon. Possibly they would have to value the amount of the order and the customer's account.

You don't have to be in a hurry or ask anything about the delivery time of the product, otherwise you'll be reimbursed (living in Paris, my address is still quite accessible) ... For the price you pay, I think shipping should be better organized.... But the quality of the item was excellent and the packaging was perfect.

A product that says it will be delivered in 2-3 days arrives after 9 days.

I received gift vouchers for 125€ and ordered goods with an allowance of about 100€ = 225€ and noticed that all items in the catalog cost 15€ (sometimes even 30€) more than at other online retailers.

I didn't receive the right product, even though it was in their catalog. He offered to return the parcel at my expense in exchange for a discount on a future purchase. Hello, unfortunately the packaging was not sealed. All but one of the brushes I ordered were missing. How am I supposed to apply paint without a brush? A subsequent delivery would not be bad. This criticism is intended to ensure that the packaging is better in future. M. f. G. Lehmann

My order N°18655 (model NORD 262 and COMET UAT) arrived with half of the parts missing (COMET is missing fuselage and tailplane) and moreover the parts delivered are unusable because very very damaged) I am still waiting for someone to contact me to find out how to proceed for an exchange or refund (every time I call the store they tell me they will contact me but alas I still don't see anything coming! I was satisfied with my first order which led me to recommend Or bad surprise it's been over a month since the order was placed and still nothing. No message to reassure me except when I call again. My credit card has been charged and I'm starting to worry.

To sum up, I placed two orders with them and had problems each time. In addition, I had to return a product that was not the right one to my chain.
