A very good experience - I ordered a kit on 17 May with some other items - Received shipment confirmation 18 May. When I was unable to use the link on the website to track the shipment I contacted them by email and received a response within 2 hours giving a link to use - which for reference was trackyourparcel.eu Everything arrived today well packed. There are quite a lot of negative reviews here - I felt I should redress the balance a little !
