I placed my order on 4/28/2018 Saturday and I have not received my items as of 5/22/2018. The website says it shipped my item on 5/7/2018 the following Monday. 1 whole week (5 days) and they did not ship item until the following week. not on 4/30 not on 5/15/25/3 or 5/4/2018 but the following monday 5/7/2018. The items I ordered are small and would fit in a small envelope. I don't understand why it would take so F&%$#@ long to send 2 templates. website is very deceiving with USA Contact information when they are out of Europe! First and last time I will use this site.
