The goods were ordered a week ago and have not yet arrived, but the email in which I am asked for an evaluation has already arrived ? Where is the mistake? I assume that the goods will be ok because you can't do much wrong, but more than a week delivery time is a lot.

Good quality but slow delivery… Excellent quality and able to buy paints from here that are unavailable elsewhere, however, if you want a quick delivery don't use ordinary post pay extra, as I have been waiting for my last model 10 days and no sign yet it has been sent out - message is that order still being processed, but they do give you an estimation on when the lanes will be sent out - assume delay is because thy are very busy.
