Ordered on November 6 and shipped on November 9, what more could I ask for? I'm confident that I'll use this company for my next order. However, uncertainty and impatience set in with increasing weight as the days following shipment passed. The contrast between 1001 maquettes and the delivery company is considerable. Total silence, not the slightest information on delivery times, even approximate, even though a computerized system would certainly make this possible.
