I am very satisfied with the product I ... I am very satisfied with the product I ordered. My only concern was the delivery time, taking a little longer than what I had anticipated. But overall I am very satisfied with 1001 models and will buy from them again.

Jolly good, but be prepared for a bit of a wait for delivery. After I'd ordered from 1001 (due to the very competitive price) I read the Trust Pilot reviews which made me wonder if I'd done the right thing. However, although the model car was delivered with all the speed of a glacier - 11 days, in these days when we're used to instant gratification - and after four emails (one duplicated) letting me know they were dealing with my order and had posted it about five days after receiving it, everything was OK despite the contents rattling inside the outer packaging box. (A little more scrunched up paper next time chaps!). Thus, all good, but be prepared to be patient while waiting for your order to be delivered

The contacts, the orders and the help have been very satisfactory. The delivery system leaves something to be desired. I had to travel 30 kms to pick up my order at the relay point. Best regards Pau

Took almost three weeks for kit to … Took almost three weeks for kit to arrive. A telephone call to the number quoted on site and a request for a call-back produced no results as did a follow-up e-mail. The aircraft arrived eventually and was fine but customer relations could do with a review.
