I'm 69 years old, and while I'm satisfied on the whole, I do have one or two comments: the difficult legibility of the part numbers on the part holders, the lack of clarity when mounting them from time to time, and the smallness of the text characters (in addition to the language mix-ups). Well done on the packaging, which arrived promptly. All in all, I'm very satisfied with your services.

I've had questions on a couple of orders, and getting any response to those has been hit and miss. I'm still waiting for a response to a question I asked three weeks ago.
