This site is a SCAM Since my payment on 1512 ... no more news despite numerous reminders via phone emails and messages on the site .... We are faced with nothing. ... Delivery announced in point mondial relay the 2112 .... and today after the threat of complaint to the DGCCRF I receive an email which informs me that my order is in preparation therefore not available for Christmas ?!? It's my son who's going to be happy. I don't recommend buying from this site...the team is incapable and they're liars. For a first order I am served A very satisfied customer.

Hello the models arrived here about 2 weeks later was ok. The models were simply packed fortunately not damaged (better would perhaps be folded with old newspaper u. padded thus more cushioned against throwing in the shipping box). It was ok so far. P.S. I miss more Monogram models 132 e.g. Pz.Wirbelwind Pz.Grant Jagd-Pz. 4 Sdkfz 232 Pz.-Spähwagen.

Basically everything's fine, but on the online store some items are wrong, the illustration obviously doesn't match the title. The contact form doesn't give any answer after the automatic acknowledgement, but I received copies of messages from several other customers! ?
