Good evening First of all, thank you for the quality of the service and the follow-up. Two small points in particular. The first concerns the models and associated paintings. I placed my order in two parts: one for the models and one for the paints. But nothing serious. As for the second, the site carries around a slew of cookies (eight of them) and it's unpleasant. Great Service The service was excellent. The product was delivered so fast it shocked us. It took several days to finalize the order, but once it was on the way, it was fast. It went from France to Germany to America and to us in NY in only 2 days.

Billing error cleared up in jig-time, first class! My order was shipped 3/29, so has not yet arrived in Canada (which doesn't surprise me) - hence the ""4"" rating. I discovered a price discrepancy between 3/29 and 4/10 and 1001 staff fixed it pronto. Overall impression - very good.
