hello, nothing to say about 1001 hobbies but about the carrier, the parcel was complete with several broken parts. these were thrown loose in the box, finally disappointed by this first shipment.

I put 3 stars because shipping costs are high otherwise good site

Order placed on December 1st for a product listed in stock. After 2 emails to the customer service department, I was told that delivery would be impossible for Christmas as I was being restocked. Parcel sent out and returned because wrong address given! Finally delivered on January 8.
The product ordered is nevertheless in order.

The website is very good, they have everything. The bad thing is the shipping times

Delivery too long

Have ordered since 20/12 /2021 when all items were in stock I am told an item is missing since I am waiting for news so disappointed.

It is a pre-order ... and there the times given are very random .... otherwise once the product returned, everything goes well.

Got a lot of hassle with the order, emailed 5 times to find out when the expected order could be received. Too bad before that I was satisfied.

I have had problems with a slow delivery that has taken weeks to complete. Also, items are not showing as out of stock on the website.

Lots of choice but long waiting times/delivery times

following the purchase of a model that I returned without opening the package (because the person had bought the same model ...) I bought another model while waiting for the refund of the first since 07/12 no refund no news and unreachable by phone .... for purchases fast delivery but returns is something else

Hello, I'm happy with the service except for one thing... I'd like to get in touch with you to send the remote control car back to you because the reverse gear works very badly, roughly one out of 10 times, but it's impossible because I can't find a way to contact you on your website. Order incomplete, boat not possible to assemble waiting for supplier no news since 25/12; customer service replied but for the moment I have no solution. So I can't give you the highest mark, but the order went well, the package was well packed and received in ten days.

Delivery time too long. A date should be given if shipment cannot be made immediately.

Fast delivery, shame to have to pay to use PayPal, and to advertise free delivery only to end up charging for it, it's a bit average.

I paid 2 x the order. I explained my problem. All I received in return was an automatic official letter...
I still don't know why I received an email with a request to pay. for another order no. and so I paid 2 x....

I purchased a gift at 1001hobbies.com. The gift was mailed to my address instead of the shipping address. I paid extra for gift wrap, and the wrapping looked like it was just an old newspaper, loosely taped together, very sloppy.

Order took a very, very long time to be sent. Impossible to reach by phone and ship reply by email. It was for a Christmas present and received in January...Not very satisfied. Otherwise, lots of choice on the site and the items are very pretty.

The company service worked well, delivery was complete but unfortunately delayed several times. It is unacceptable that the parcel was simply left on the street in front of the house without any notice, making it accessible to third parties. Several deliveries have already been lost in this way. The delivery service is beneath contempt and therefore in the bottom drawer. Something like this makes me think very critically about my customer relationship in future and possibly not order anything else.

Everything was fine. Except for the shipping that took a while. And I bought twice by mistake and one shipment did not give me the option to return and they sent me twice the same order.

I placed my order on 4/12 to receive it in time for Christmas, my order was late... It still arrived before Christmas (on 24/12) but unfortunately I wasn't there to collect my parcel...
On the other hand, I had almost 0 information on the whereabouts of our parcel, which I find very unfortunate and annoying.

The product was fine, but did not arrive in time for Christmas Day. I was warned that there was going to be a delay and asked for confirmation if it was not going to arrive in time to buy something else..... There was no reply and it did not arrive in time.

They should communicate the non-existence of the requested material, to give the option to cancel it and expedite the shipment of the material that they do have in stock.

Finding products from your suppliers is too slow, as is shipping. The products for sale are great and from many brands.

Happy with the product but disappointed with the packaging of the model and the utensils, which were delivered loose in the box...

Very slow shipping, over a month, despite the item being in stock at purchase. Plastic item as described.

Unfortunately, I relied on "first impressions" here. My sister arrived with an idea for a Christmas present at almost the last minute. The item she bought had a delivery time of 2 to 4 days. I therefore expected the gift to arrive by post on 22.12 at the latest. In fact, it took a whole 9 working days before it arrived. If you look at the information on this page, it also states a time of between 7 and 9 working days. Exactly 1 working day elapsed between the parcel being handed in and me receiving it. This means that the shipping process, originally 2 to 4 days, actually took 7 working days. That may not be a problem in itself, but if you visit your family on the 24th and are therefore not at home to accept and hand over the parcel, it's really stupid. Why isn't the 7 to 9 day delivery time mentioned when ordering, then I would have decided not to order here, but that's probably the problem. I would have spent my money with someone else. It's a shame that there is this lack of transparency.

I ordered a fishing boat and found an item with 2 boats in the same parcel. The length, and I think the only one in the description, was that of the 14cm parcel and not that of the boats because they are only about 5cm long.

I would have liked to have been notified earlier of stock shortages and not have to wait 1 month for delivery.

We wanted this kit for a Christmas present but the kit came in a box that had been crushed when it had been packed. So it is not a satisfactory present.

Happy with my order. But disappointed by the packaging which I paid 2.50 € to have an unfinished package, it lacks at least 20 cm of paper so we see the inside of the gift ... I am forced to redo it
