I ordered on 12/4 I ordered on 12/4. On 12/15 I checked tracking and it said it should arrive that day. The next day the message changed to in transit. Tomorrow is 12/22. I still haven't received my order. All I've gotten from your company is more offers to buy things. I'm frustrated and I still don't have an answer when I'm getting my order.

First order, the item purchased was no longer available. I was offered a credit note, which I accepted, but it was for the wrong amount. The problem was solved immediately after opening a PayPal dispute. Second order made with part of the famous credit note. Order received complete and on time.

As much as in general it is a serious efficient store with good assistance over several years I have had some unpleasant surprises including lastly sending a model that was not ordered instead of one moreover of a different scale that was no longer available even though it showed up on the site. I don't know if the mishap was due to a failure to update the site in real time but I would have found it more logical to keep the money on credit for a later order rather than send a model that I was not interested in forcing me to waste time sending it back. That aside, I am pleased with the wide variety of models and the reliability of the system.

The only tracking info I've received indicates that the United States Postal Service accepted the package in France for delivery on November 11. Since then, the package has disappeared into a lost package hell. I've begun trying to get help finding the package and effecting delivery from both 1001models and the U.S. Postal Service. So far, it hasn't been located.

I ordered a product which I later found out had to be sourced from elsewhere so there was a delay. I did receive the goods in due course. However, my biggest gripe was the lack of and poor communication throughout. Otherwise ok.

You pay for shipping with DPD more than normal and then you get a mail that your package is handled by B-post Everything was on time but too high distribution costs why not directly B-post Also no choice of shipping: why no possibility to have something delivered later with lower shipping costs not everything has to be available tomorrow A review is nonsense if there is no response I'll wait a bit Greetings Werner
