My opinion is mixed. they seemed very professional until I received my parcel of 8 paints with a completely dry pot of matt white inside. it wasn't even possible to stick the tip of a knife into it, so to speak. I contacted them by chat and the person suggested 2 times that I use solvent to dilute it!!!!! but it's as hard as a rock, it won't do any good to dilute it!!!!!! And when I ask for an exchange, no reply. I really wonder if he knows the paints he's selling. In short, you shouldn't order everything from them, especially with a commercial return like this that doesn't exist if you have a penny to your name.

Products ok and packaging ok but on a suggestion level maybe it would be worth stating more realistic delivery time ando packaging. It took more than 3 days for a prompt delivery model. I placed the order on December 8 to receive it on the 20th. It seems a tad excessive as a timeline. On a general level, however, I am satisfied.

I am a new customer and this was my 1st order. As for satisfaction, well, I'm disappointed with the time taken between my order and the preparation of the parcel: 6 working days. Order placed on the morning of 1011 (01:00 am) and preparation and dispatch of the parcel on 1711. (I'm not counting Saturdays because I don't know if you work on Saturdays. If not, one more day) Worried on the morning of 17 I sent a better to ask if there was a particular concern ... and as luck would have it the same evening the package was sent. On Tuesday afternoon, less than 48 hours after placing the order, I received an e-mail from the retailer with a payment reminder.
