poor I had to chase to find where my purchase was. If you do use them, only use paypal or some other system which allows you to chase them effectively or get your money back. They use Hermes as one of their carriers, difficult to judge where your parcel is as they don't update their system correctly.

I ordered an item on 2209 which was announced as being in stock. On 2309 I was debited for the amount of the order. On 3009 I received an e-mail stating that the product was awaiting delivery. I left several messages by e-mail and answering machine (nobody ever answers the number given) without any reply to date. Finally, after numerous telephone messages and e-mails, I was reimbursed on December 09.

Hello I had asked for a delivery in point relay but the parcel arrived at my home delivered by the letter carrier. This choice was justified by the almost constant absence of someone at home.
