Not impressed! Wrong size, wrong materials and unwrapped and they took almost 2 weeks to arrive. Category : Diecast models Fiat 500 Blue +500C Pink x 2 1:43 I ordered the advertised diecast models which were supposed to be a Fiat 500 in Blue and a 500C in Pink in 1:43 scale. What I received was 2 number Fiat 500's in Blue and 2 number 500C's in Pink in 1:87 scale in plastic. I also paid an extra £1.70 for gift wrapping, which was a paper bag! The quality of the products are excellent but they are not what I wanted or ordered! Wrong size, wrong materials and unwrapped, also they took almost 2 weeks to arrive. Additionally, when I checked my order on the website after they arrived, it had changed to what they delivered but the scale is still listed as 1:43. In summary they state that this product is no longer available - Which product is no longer available, the 1:43 Scale Die Cast Models or 1:87 Plastic Models? Luckily, my daughter, for which they were a Christmas present is happy with them.

Delivery times too long ( 13 days for items in stock ) Inadequate packaging. One of the items ordered arrived broken. For these two reasons: poor quality

I placed my order on December 17th for a product""supposedly"" in stock and which I paid for on the spot. Despite being processed the next day it was not shipped until a week later. Then the shipment has taken 10 more working days to arrive (15 calendar days). Not to compare but a fellow hobbyist placed an order on another site on December 30 and on January 5 he had it at home and was able to deliver his gifts on time. If the transport company they work with does not work, maybe they should be able to deliver the gifts on time.

Too bad I can't contact them by phone! I didn't receive an e-mail to let me know when the parcel had arrived. The relationship aspect needs to be improved. Otherwise, I got my parcel on time and I'm satisfied with the service.

The products offered are really many for all needs and of quality. In terms of assistance and information, the service is also of quality. The time elapsed between order and goods arrival considering that the payment is in advance goes a bit long. One criticism for the handling of missing products: the transformation of the value into a discount for a subsequent purchase does not seem correct to me especially in case incomplete orders are repeated.

I reported the damage with photographs of both model and packaging and asked 1001model kits for their comments. Having paid over £300 for the model which was to be a special Christmas present (which I had noted on my order) I imagined they would at least have offered to reduce the price as I had received damaged goods. Their reply follows: Dear Sir, I am deeply sorry for the damage. Unfortunately we are located in France and have no solution for repairs in the UK. I suggest that you repair it yourself, this should not be too complicated. Best regards, -- Customer service UK buyers beware.

on november 08 i ordered 4 items (so the shipping is free) on november 24 i was told that one item was not available but that the order was going to be shipped i ordered something else with the coupon i paid the shipping! but anyway i haven't received anything yet! it's a shame because there's a lot of choice some prices are too expensive (paint) but fortunately this year i've planned large in.

My problem is that the shipping cost from these outlets makes small items cost prohibitive. I purchased Humbrol paints from this site and found that items in my order had to be shipped from England to an Arkansas Distribution point to me.

I didn't really know what to get but the filters and the indications on the items really helped me. I recommend this site, which has a good selection and attractive prices.

Products displayed as available, but less rapid delivery than a well-known Hong Kong supplier. So it's hard to understand the 30% difference in price (including delivery). Buying in France is all very well, but for what quality of service? Great assortment but for cost we are not there.... For example, Italeri colors (I speak of complete kits) are on average € 500 more expensive than the competition. The merit though is the assortment--at the competition you often have to wait!

1001 maquettes lives up to its name by offering a very wide choice of products in all fields, and it's rare not to find what you're looking for. however, prices are higher and processing times a little longer.

The website is impeccable and with a large stock but the prices are somewhat high. I placed a small test order for two pots of paint and as the shipping was expensive I included a small and cheap model. The shipment cost 850€ for a weight of 350 grams and it took 13 days to arrive. Although they should have given me a tracking code for the shipment I never received it nor did it appear in my account on their website. Expensive and slow I order things in China with cheaper shipping and it takes less time. Overall rating acceptable but the issue of shipping should be more

I am not happy 10 days for a package usually it takes max 4 to 5 days. The deliveryman put the parcel in the letterbox, normally I get home delivery. I didn't sign anything, if I were dishonest I'd say I didn't get a parcel. What's more, the delivery people know that I'm still at home. What a great service! Danie

Product in stock on the website but finally not, so I asked a supplier to wait a month to find out that the product wasn't available... so I placed a new order with a credit note (so new shipping costs??). As satisfied as I was with my first order, this time I have a slightly negative feeling. In my opinion, stock management and website maintenance need to be improved. It's always frustrating for a customer to see their payment processed immediately and their order arrive two months later.

Order shipped quickly and arrived in good condition. Only drawback concerning the Badger1000 compressor: coming directly from the USA, the electrical plug is also American ... purchase of a compulsory adaptor is nowhere mentioned when purchasing the product. This comment is intended to be constructive in the interests of the seller and the customer. Otherwise, the site is excellent and the shipping of orders has always gone smoothly as far as I'm concerned.
